Interests

Raised in Ohio, educated in Indiana, currently residing in California. Married, with dog. Interests include Buddhism, science fiction, jazz, comics and tea. Everything else tends to change without notice.

I’m like a kid in a candy shop every time I go to the library. I’ve been called a “professional dilettante.”

Things I want to write more of and more about include: my family (and geneology), Buddhism, pacifism, rock climbing, running, tea, travel, origami, futurism, cognitive science, computer science, fiction and poetry.

Some day, I may spin off a whole web site devoted to one or more of these topics. Until then, this page serves as a stub.
